Suspecting her fidelity, man kills live-in partner in Bengaluru with a pressure cooker

Bengaluru, on August 28th.
A man was taken into custody by the police on Monday for using a pressure cooker to kill his partner with whom he was living in the city.
Vaishnav from Kollam in Kerala and Deva, who is also from the same state, were in a live-in relationship.
They had paid to use an apartment in Begur, close to Mico Layout in Bengaluru.
They were friends and went to college together. The initial investigation found that the couple worked at private companies and argued frequently because the man suspected Deva of being unfaithful.
On Sunday, there was a fight that got really bad and the person being accused hit the woman’s head with a pressure cooker. She could not recover and eventually died from her injuries.
Vaishnav tried to escape but the police caught him later.
