High Court takes cognisance of minor’s sexual assault by suspended Delhi Government officer

The Delhi High Court has taken notice of a case of sexual assault on a young girl by suspended Delhi Government officer Premoday Khakha. The court has ordered authorities to protect the identity of the survivor and provide compensation. The girl is in critical condition and receiving treatment at a government hospital.
