UP CM Yogi Adityanath accuses previous ruling governments of not promoting Kumbh Mela enough.

Lucknow: Indirectly recommending that Opposition chiefs center just around charming Muslims, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said they would prefer to wear topis and say mubarakbaad than put together a Kumbh Mela.
