Aryan Khan set to be released from prison after officials collect his release papers.

Aryan Khan, child of entertainer Shah Rukh Khan, is set to leave Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail after authorities on Saturday morning opened the bail box outside the prison to gather his papers.

“The bail request box outside the jail was opened around 5.30 am and the authorities gathered six to seven bail orders, including those of Aryan. He is relied upon to be delivered inside 60 minutes,” a prison source said.

While conceding Aryan abandon Thursday in the medications on-voyage case, the Bombay High Court forced 14 bail conditions on him, making ready for his delivery from prison.

In the five-page request, the high court said Aryan and his two co-denounced Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, who were additionally allowed bail, would be delivered on an individual obligation of Rs 1 lakh each with a couple of guarantees of a similar sum.

According to the conditions set by the high court, the triplet should give up their international IDs under the steady gaze of the exceptional NDPS court and won’t leave India without taking consent from the unique court and that they should go to the NCB office every Friday to check their quality.

The High Court had conceded bail to Aryan 25 days after he was captured during a medication assault on a voyage transport off the Mumbai coast. PTI
